This weekend will focus on techniques to make Ashtanga Yoga poses accessible to all bodies. When practiced properly, Ashtanga is an 8 limbed system that progressively leads to a deeper understanding of the body, mind and spirit which results in peace and good health. The physical practice of Ashtanga Yoga is a sweat-inducing total body strengthening and stretching regimen that teaches the body and mind how to find and regain balance. All levels welcome.

Unlocking Primary Series
Learn tips and tricks to overcome some of the common pitstops in Ashtanga’s Primary Series. Primary series focuses on internal cleansing through twists and forward folds. We will warm up and then take a look at what is needed physically and mentally to perform the asanas.

Learn tips and tricks to overcome some of the common pitstops in Ashtanga’s Second Series. Second series focuses on the nervous system and rewiring how we react to stress through backbends, deep hip work and inversions. We will warm up and then take a look at what is needing physically and mentally to perform backbends and deep hip work.
